This season, we’re stepping inside Food Business Operators’ premises and walking through every stage of their operations — from the very first step at the personnel entrance to the moment the final product leaves the door.

We review layouts of pre-production and production areas, check storage conditions, observe packaging and assemblage processes, assess labelling, and evaluate maintenance infrastructure. Along the way, we provide tailored feedback to minimise contamination and cross-contamination, improve hygiene practices, and help businesses align with international levels of good hygiene.

It’s a detailed journey, but one with a clear destination: safer food, healthier communities, and more confident businesses.
