This month, our team visited 7 Food Business Operators (FBOs) in Nicosia. Together, we worked on strengthening good hygiene practices, supported the preparation of HACCP plans, and provided advice on creating record-keeping systems for traceability.
By spending time on-site, listening to the needs of businesses, and offering hands-on guidance, we are helping FBOs take practical steps toward safer and higher-quality food.
This marks another milestone in our journey to support the Turkish Cypriot community with tools and knowledge that make a real difference in everyday food safety.
