Onsite for Safety: Strengthening Hygiene and Traceability with FBOs

It’s been a busy month for our team! In addition to ongoing missions, our staff have been conducting onsite visits to food business operators (FBOs) to help strengthen establishment-specific Good Hygiene Practices (GHP), supporting them in setting up and implementing procedures tailored to their operations. 


These visits also focus on maintaining accurate records and ensuring full traceability, so every step of the production chain is carefully documented and monitored. Our team works closely with FBOs to make food safety and quality a shared responsibility.

Every onsite action, every record, and every training session counts toward keeping food safe for everyone!
