On-Site Support to a Catering Company

The EU FSP continues to provide targeted support to food businesses across the sector.

 
Most recently, EU FSP experts carried out an on-site visit to a catering company in the TCc, offering practical guidance the effective implementation of food safety procedures in daily operations.

Through hands-on support and tailored recommendations, the project aims to improve consistency and enhance overall food safety practices at establishment level.
