Building Stronger Food Safety Practices in the Turkish Cypriot Community

Training sessions are going on at the premises of EU FSP focusing on identifying and managing food safety hazards across the entire food chain—from production to processing, distribution, and consumption.

Participants are exploring the risks that can arise during food production and handling, with special attention to the catering and mass food consumption environments. The training also addresses critical safety concerns related to the transportation and storage of food products, ensuring best practices are followed at every step to maintain quality and safety.
